Services
-
Our physical therapy services focus on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving overall function. Through personalized, one-on-one care, our licensed therapists create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training. We help patients recover from injury, surgery, and chronic conditions while promoting long-term health and injury prevention.
-
Our TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) golf assessments evaluate how your body’s movement, strength, and mobility affect your golf swing. We identify physical limitations or imbalances that may impact performance or increase injury risk. Based on your results, we provide personalized recommendations and corrective strategies to help improve swing efficiency, consistency, and overall durability on the course.
-
Our dry needling services target muscle tightness, trigger points, and movement restrictions to help reduce pain and restore function. Performed by trained physical therapists, dry needling uses thin, sterile needles to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.
-
Our cupping therapy services help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery by using suction to lift and decompress soft tissue. This technique can help relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote tissue healing. Cupping is often used alongside other physical therapy treatments to enhance movement, speed recovery, and improve overall function, but may be booked on its own.
-
Following a TPI Golf Assessment, individuals can participate in a training program customized to them. Our golf personal training services focus on improving strength, mobility, and movement patterns specific to the golf swing. Through individualized training programs, we help golfers enhance performance, increase power, and reduce injury risk. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals and are designed to support more efficient movement and long-term durability on the course.
How It Works
Step 1: Evaluation
Discuss your individual goals and we’ll assess strength and mobility to design a custom treatment plan.
Step 3: Assess and Alter
Feeling good? Awesome! Want to try a new modality? Absolutely. Different concern? Let’s pivot. We’re here for you.
Step 2: The Work Begins
Physiological changes (strength, mobility, cardiovascular health) take 4-8 weeks of consistent work to occur. Greater consistency = greater results.
Step 4: Maintain
Don’t lose all the hard work you put in. Keep up with your program independently or continue work with a physical therapist to ensure continued success.
